A note for students under 18: if you're using this Service before adulthood, a parent or guardian should read this policy with you. We collect only what's needed to run the Service — your test answers, progress, and basic account info — and we do not sell your data.

1. What we collect

Account information: name and email address when you sign up.
Test activity: the questions you're shown, your answers, flags, and scores, so we can save your progress and show your history.
Payment information: if you subscribe, Stripe (our payment processor) collects and stores your card details directly — we never see or store your full card number.
Basic technical data: things like login timestamps, used for account security and to keep the Service working reliably.

2. How we use it

We use your information to operate your account, save and resume your tests, generate score reports, process payments, respond to support requests, and improve the question bank and platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers that make the platform work: Stripe (payment processing) and Supabase (account authentication and data storage). Each handles data under their own privacy and security practices. We do not share your data with advertisers.

4. Children's privacy

Our Service is intended for use by high school students, typically with a parent or guardian's knowledge and, where required by law, consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account without parental consent, contact us at the address below and we will address it promptly.

5. Data retention and your rights

We retain your account and test data for as long as your account is active, so your history and progress stay available to you. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing us — we'll confirm once it's done.

6. Security

We rely on our providers' industry-standard security practices (encrypted connections, access-controlled databases) to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your information.
