1. Who we are

Digital Adaptive Exams ("we," "us," "the Service") is an SAT practice platform operated by Tutor Me After 3. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and accounts for students under 18

Many of our users are high school students under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who should review these Terms on your behalf. If you are a parent or guardian creating or paying for an account for a student, you are agreeing to these Terms on that student's behalf and are responsible for the account and any charges to it.

3. The Service

We provide full-length, adaptive SAT practice tests assembled on demand from a question bank, along with scoring, explanations, and progress tracking. Scores shown are estimated based on our own scoring model and are not official College Board scores; they are intended as a study tool, not a guarantee of actual SAT performance.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically on the cadence shown at checkout (for example, monthly) until canceled. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number. You can view your current plan and manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account's subscription management page. If you cancel, you keep full access through the end of the billing period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that period ends. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to share your account credentials, resell or redistribute practice test content, scrape or copy the question bank, or attempt to circumvent the Service's access controls or billing.

7. Content ownership

All practice questions, explanations, and related content are owned by us or our licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use while your account is active.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is." We work to keep content accurate and the platform available, but we do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular score improvement will result from using it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above; continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
